All products on this website are sold subject to availability. Stock levels and prices are subject to change without notice, therefore we cannot always guarantee on-going product availability and pricing for any subsequent orders of the same products

All items displayed and sold on this website are classified as Decorations and not as Toys. As many of the items contain small or removable parts they are unsuitable for young children, especially those under the age of 36 months. All our products have child warning labels attached to either the item or their packaging at the time of despatch

Whilst we always try to ensure that the products are correctly described, all sizes are approximate and due to the fact that many of the items are produced and painted or coloured by hand means that variations in size and colour do occur. Many of the products are designed to appear rustic or distressed in appearance, therefore this is a feature of the design and not a fault

Henry & Primrose cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions or delays in processing orders caused by problems resulting from disruptions to Internet services, misuse of the Internet by third parties or any other events outside of our control

None of your card details are seen or held by us for orders placed on this website
